如果遼寧升降機使用的時間過長，液壓係統就會有所堵塞（sāi），造成遼寧升降機（jī）升降速度過慢，有的（de）時（shí）候可能不能升降，所以定時的（de）清理液壓係統很重要，那麽我們應該如何清（qīng）理液（yè）壓係（xì）統呢？If the Liaoning elevator use time is too long, the hydraulic system will be blocked, causing Liaoning lift lifting speed is too slow, sometimes may not be able to lift, so cleaning hydraulic system timing is very important, so we should how to clean up the hydraulic system?
 
1.選擇清洗油：當係統（tǒng）管路、油箱較（jiào）幹淨時，可選用與工作油液相同黏度的（de）清洗油（yóu）；如係統內不幹淨，可選用（yòng）黏度稍低的（de）清洗（xǐ）油清（qīng）洗。清洗油應與遼寧升（shēng）降機（jī）係統（tǒng）工（gōng）作介質、所有密（mì）封件的材（cái）質相容。Selection of cleaning oil: when the system pipeline, oil tank cleaner, you can choose to work with the same viscosity oil cleaning oil; if the system is not clean, you can choose a slightly lower viscosity oil cleaning. The cleaning oil shall be compatible with the working medium of the lift system in Liaoning and the material of all seals.

2.加熱清洗油：熱（rè）油能使遼寧升降機（jī）係統內附著物容易遊離脫落，一（yī）般（bān）需加熱至50～60℃，清洗壓（yā）力為（wéi）0.1～0.2MPa，清洗油流量應盡可能大些，以利（lì）於（yú）帶（dài）走汙物。Cleaning oil: oil heating can make Liaoning elevator system attached material easy to free fall, generally need to be heated to 50 to 60 DEG C, cleaning pressure is 0.1 ~ 0.2MPa, the cleaning of oil flow should be as large as possible, in order to take away the dirt.

3.安裝濾（lǜ）油（yóu）器：在遼寧升降機清洗回路（lù）中，進油口安裝50～100m的粗濾油器，回油（yóu）口安裝10～50m的精濾（lǜ）油器（qì）。開始時粗濾，衝洗一段時間後逐步改（gǎi）用網眼細的濾油器，進行分次過濾。Install oil filter: in the Liaoning elevator cleaning circuit, the oil inlet is installed 50 ~ 100m crude oil filter, back to the oil port installation of 10 ~ 50m fine oil filter. 4.應（yīng）使遼寧升降機液（yè）壓泵（bèng）間歇運轉：為使清洗效果（guǒ）好，應使（shǐ）液壓泵轉轉、停停。在清（qīng）洗過程中（zhōng）應用木錘輕輕敲擊油管數次，以促使汙物盡快脫落，管路（lù）的彎（wān）曲和焊接部位要多錘擊（jī）。Liaoning should make the lift pump intermittent operation: to make good cleaning effect, should make the hydraulic pump stop, stop. 5.確保清洗液流動（dòng）為紊流狀態：為了有效的清洗遼寧升降機（jī），清（qīng）洗液流動必須成（chéng）為紊流狀態；否則，清洗液應增加流量，升高溫度，降低黏度。小流（liú）量室溫下（xià）清（qīng）洗，一般效果較差。To ensure that the cleaning fluid flow into a turbulent state: in order to effectively clean the lift in Liaoning, cleaning fluid flow must become turbulent state; otherwise, the cleaning fluid should increase the flow rate, increase the temperature, reduce viscosity.
